Most in stock orders will take between 2 to 7 days for delivery within Canada. 

5 to 10 days within the USA, and up to 20 days for all other countries.

To exchange an item, please email info@travistaddeo.com within 7 days of receipt explaining the reason for the exchange. Wait for our reply before sending back anything.
